1. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You can ask MOSERRA SOFTWARE LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data received through Facebook, Instagram or other Meta products connected to our apps and services. To submit a request:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Write from the email address linked to your account, and include your name and, where applicable, the app or service and the Facebook/Instagram account used to sign in.
2. Verification
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
3. What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, then notify you by email. Data we share with Meta is governed by Meta's own policies; you can also remove our app from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
4. Data We May Retain
We may retain limited data where required by law (for example tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations) or to resolve disputes, only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
