Erdemir Health is a healthcare call center and digital assistant project we brought to life with the aim of elevating the dense communication traffic and patient coordination processes in the health sector to a professional level. The project's focal points are accelerating patient access to healthcare services, directing appointment requests to the correct departments, and managing medical consultation processes without errors. This digital showcase and communication bridge we built has transformed an operational hub managing thousands of calls and requests into a trustworthy and easily accessible platform for patients.
On the technical side, in line with the sensitive nature of the healthcare sector, we built an infrastructure guaranteeing high availability and fast response times. We developed integrated modules ensuring that applications, appointment requests, and live support queries coming through the website are transferred to call center teams as quickly as possible.
