In this project, we built a fully institution-specific CRM infrastructure based on the WhatsApp Business API with the aim of digitalizing the company's communication and operational processes. The system allows the company to connect its Meta Business and WhatsApp accounts directly to the system, manage approved Templates, and conduct all customer correspondence through a professional chat panel with media support (images, videos, files). Thanks to the Go (Golang)-based webhook and delivery services at the heart of the project, high-volume message traffic and real-time data flows are managed with high performance.
In the technical infrastructure, we built a modular architecture that supports adding multiple users and accounts. To accelerate the company's marketing and operational processes, we developed stage-based template automations — enabling automatic broadcasts to specific customer lists through the system. This custom software, working in full integration with Meta Cloud API, serves not merely as a messaging tool, but as an operational management center where customer stages can be tracked and the entire team can manage operations simultaneously.
