At the core of the project is an intelligent sales funnel that instantly onboards student leads coming from the institution's marketing channels and distributes them fairly among sales representatives. With this system, the first contact, placement test, preliminary interview, and final enrollment stages have been made fully traceable end-to-end, minimizing the loss of potential students.
In the technical infrastructure, we adopted principles of high data security and fast access, building a structure that delivers real-time performance analytics to institution managers. Through staff productivity tracking, automated reminders, and advanced reporting modules, we consolidated all the operational workload a language school needs into a single panel. This custom CRM solution completes the digital transformation of educational institutions, both reducing administrative workloads and concretely improving enrollment conversion rates.
