1. General Principles and Right of Withdrawal Exceptions
In accordance with consumer protection regulations applicable in the relevant jurisdiction, contracts for digital services or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer electronically may be subject to specific exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal.
Software licenses, source code access, SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions, and digital content provided by MOSERRA are, by nature, non-returnable once activated or delivered, as they are susceptible to single reproduction.
2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Custom Software Development: For project-based work, if a cancellation request is received after the contract has been signed and work has commenced, the labour and resource costs incurred to date will be calculated and charged accordingly; any remaining balance will be refunded.
- License Keys and Ready-Made Software: Once a license key or download link has been delivered to the user, returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product.
- Subscription Services: For SaaS or recurring maintenance services, a cancellation request takes effect from the next billing period. Fees for active usage within the current period are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Services
If the delivered software does not meet the agreed technical specifications or is non-functional, the technical team of MOSERRA is obliged to remedy the issue. Should the issue remain unresolved within a reasonable timeframe, the user will be offered partial or full refund options.
