Mesajla.tr is a high-performance SaaS platform we developed to enable businesses to professionally manage their customer communication via WhatsApp. The core objective of this project was to build a scalable system capable of processing thousands of messages and data simultaneously without delay. Through the WhatsApp API integration we placed at the core of the platform, we provided businesses with the ability to send bulk messages, configure automated responses, and manage customers — all from a single panel.
In the technical infrastructure, we chose Go (Golang) for its speed and concurrent processing capabilities. Thanks to Go's low resource consumption and high performance, we ensured the platform operates stably even during peak traffic moments. Through a microservice architecture running in the background, we seamlessly structured message delivery reports, contact management, and API integrations. As a result, we produced a secure and high-speed workflow platform that digitalizes the communication processes of businesses.
