System Capabilities: Call & Lead Management: A centralized lead module where incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, prospective patients are automatically distributed to agents, and tracked according to their hot/cold/converted statuses.
Appointment & Operation Tracking: An operational layer that creates appointments based on region and specialty, manages approval/cancellation/no-show statuses, and gathers the patient's entire process history into a single card. Multi-Regional Authorization Structure: An authorization system that separates each branch's data, provides role-based access, and offers top management a unified view of all regions.
Real-Time Dashboard: A control panel providing managers with an instantaneous view of the conversion funnel extending from call to treatment, daily and monthly trends, and agent performance.
